Effective fire safety management is a key element for the overall fire safety of a building and its occupants. The management of fire safety in a large or complex building can be a challenging and time consuming task for any manager in today’s business focused environment.

At excell fire safety services we have the knowledge and experience to undertake all or part of the work to set up effective and suitable fire safety management procedures for you, efficiently and economically - so that you can get on with operating your business confident in the knowledge that your premises are safe and you are complying with the Fire Safety Order 2005.

Excell fire safety services shall determine the nature of the activities of the premises with regard to the size of the business, making appropriate arrangements for the effective planning, organising, controlling, monitoring and review of the preventative and protective measures identified by the fire risk assessment.

Determined by the relevant fire safety guidance for the premises, we will identify;

• relevant persons at risk
• fire ignition and hazards
• any existing control measures
• recommend any actions to reduce risk and protect the business from fire

We will then;

• prepare the Fire Safety Management Plan to improve the control of fire risk where necessary
• ensure any controls identified from the fire risk assessment are appropriate, cost effective and achievable for the business

The measures offered by a Fire Safety Management Plan, together with the Fire Emergency Plan, form an essential part of any Fire Risk Assessment.
